The band Laurel Canyon began with Lehigh Valley guitarists Nicholas Gillespie and Serg Cereja. Along with bassist Dylan Loccarini, they released their debut EP Victim earlier in 2022 and have hit the ground running, bringing out big crowds to places like the Funhouse and Old Brewery Tavern in Bethlehem. They finalized their line-up with drummer Egan Miller shortly before joining Tape Swap Radio at Shards in March 2022. The band had just returned from recording with famed producer Steve Albini in Chicago, and the set they performed for us featured two unreleased songs. This session debuted on WDIY 88.1 FM in April 2022.
